Job Duties and Qualifications

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to support our team in analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes.

The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to identifying process improvement opportunities, and assist in implementing supply chain solutions.

 

Location: Senai,Johor
Duration: 8 Months
Reports To: Supply Chain Business Process Analyst

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in analyzing supply chain processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement initiatives.
  • Support in identifying cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain.
  • Help track and monitor key supply chain metrics and KPIs.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation for supply chain processes and tools.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of supply chain systems.
  • Participate in training sessions and support team members on new tools or processes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, BIS, IT or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar software).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain management systems and concepts.
