Job Duties and Qualifications
This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to key initiatives in workforce agility, upskilling, and HR digitalization.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Workforce Agility Model (WAM) Development: Assist in setting up the WAM for office support functions to enhance workforce flexibility and adaptability.
- Job Redesign and Upskilling: Develop comprehensive training plans for Job Redesign Reskill (JRR) projects. Support Career Conversion Program applications for shop digitalization initiatives.
- HR Digitalization and Data Analytics: Collaborate on HR/D digitalization projects
- Enhance existing dashboards for metric tracking using tools like Power BI, SharePoint, POWERApp.
We welcome interns with a positive learning attitude and eagerness to understand Human Resources and People Development processes. Proficiency in IT tools such as SharePoint, PowerApps, or Power BI. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
