Responsibilities:

• Under general supervision, this role is responsible for delivering technical training to technicians as well as support teams.
• Provides subject matter expertise for technical training, assesses employee technical skill needs and assists in the as-needed adaptation of training program materials, ensuring training content aligns appropriately to requirements.
• The Technical Instructor is responsible for supporting the instructional design process, including design/redesign of internal training courses and its execution
• Conducts assessment of course objectives vs. student performance to ensure quality of training
• Supports the various SME’s in shop floor OJT to untraining technicians in the work center.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder and at least 6+ years of experience in oil and gas
• Familiar with overhead crane operations
• Must be Soldering IPC J-STD-001 CIT certified
