Strategiske anskaffelser

Lede og gjennomføre anbudskonkurranser og forespørsler

Lede og gjennomføre forhandlinger og evalueringer

Oppfølging av leverandørforhold

Leverandør- og markedsanalyser

Leverandørutvikling og oppfølging av kritiske leverandører

Bistå bedriftens Business Development avdeling i anbudsprosesser

Gjennomføre tiltak som bidrar til reduserte kostander samt og forbedringstiltak i et «Total Cost of Ownership» perspektiv

Kvalifikasjoner

Bachelor (BSc)- eller Mastergrad (MSc) innenfor økonomi, juss eller tekniske fag.

Erfaring fra lignende jobber kan kompensere for manglende utdannelse.

Erfaring innen leverandørkontakt, anbudskonkurranser, kontraktsadministrasjon og forhandling er et fortrinn.

Bred erfaring i Ariba og excel, samt at du må kunne både norsk og engelsk både skriftlig og muntlig.

Are you looking for new and exciting challenges in sourcing and procurement?

We are searching for a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our Supply Chain department. You will be responsible for sourcing projects and supplier contracts; your experience and motivation will contribute to the implementation of critical sourcing projects.

The Purchasing and Sourcing department's goal is to be the best Procurement and Sourcing department in the industry, helping to give Halliburton a competitive advantage in the market.

Tasks:

Strategic sourcing.

Lead and conduct tenders and requests

Lead and carry out negotiations and evaluations.

Follow-up of supplier relations

Supplier and market analyses

Supplier development and follow-up of critical suppliers

Assist the company's Business Development department in tender processes

Implement measures that contribute to reduced costs and improvement measures in a "Total Cost of Ownership" perspective

Qualifications:

Bachelor (BSc) or Master's degree (MSc) in economics, law or engineering.

Experience from similar jobs can compensate for education.

Experience in supplier management, tendering, contract administration and negotiation is an advantage.

Broad experience in Ariba and Excel, as well as mastery of Norwegian and English both orally and in writing are important in this position.

You should have good analytical skills, be customer-oriented and purposeful with a good ability to carry out procurement projects. This requires that you are self-motivated, proactive and flexible, as well as working in a structured manner and having the ability to think holistically.

Good communication and cooperation skills are a matter of course and you must function well in a team, as well as enjoy a high level of activity.
