Job Duties

Under general supervision, coordinates and tracks the movement of equipment, materials, and personnel within a Natural Work Area (NWA). Works directly with field personnel to ensure proper resources are allocated to meet service delivery requirements. Maintains scheduling board and report on utilization of personnel and equipment. May serve as a backup to Area Resource Coordinator for sale order creation. Troubleshoots and resolves SAP order to cash issues to include but not limited to timely reconciliation of Sales Orders. Ensures crew travel requirements meet applicable Health, Safety and Enviornmental guidelines. Promotes safety awareness and enviornmental consciousness and complies with HSE procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications

Técnico o tecnólogo en Logística, Gestión de la Producción, Gestión Empresarial o áreas afines

Experiencia de 2 años en coordinación logística, inventarios, movimientos de equipos y materiales en áreas operativas, comunicación con bodega y operaciones de campo

Manejo avanzado de Excel y experiencia en SAP Deseable licencia para operacion demontacargas
