Job Duties and Qualifications

Under general supervision, supports the effective operation and improvement of one or more HR processes. Interacts with stakeholders, creates tools and resources, and executes more complex programs and projects. Possesses subject matter expertise in one or more of the following disciplines: Compensation, Benefits, International HR/Global Mobility, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, or HR Information Systems. Responsible for the efficient delivery of processes, programs and policies through the application of specialized knowledge and skills, analysis, and business acumen. Analyzes and interprets HR data into meaningful recommendations and actions to drive strategic value for the organization. Advises HR and business leaders across the organization on best practices. Requires an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline and a minimum of 4 years of experience. Master&aposs degree and Professional HR Certification preferred.
