Job Duties

Prepares and reviews accounting entries, reconciliations, reports, and financial analyses.
Supports month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, and statutory requirements.
Researches and resolves accounting issues while ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Supports audits, process improvement initiatives, and ERP/finance transformation activities.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams and provides guidance to junior finance personnel.

Job Role

Supports accounting, reporting, financial analysis, internal controls, and business decision-making while contributing to process improvements, compliance, and finance transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
Experience in accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
Knowledge of US GAAP and local accounting requirements.
Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
