Inspection Supervisor

Job Duties

Under broad direction:

• Applies comprehensive reliability engineering knowledge to improve the products and services of Halliburton Energy Services (HES).
• Provides guidance on design risk management activities.
• Creates new analytical tools and techniques to advance reliability engineering and provides guidance for accelerated life techniques.
• Develops reliability centered maintenance for equipment and implementation plan.
• Performs data analysis and recommends reliability improvements based on the analysis.
• Contributes to Halliburton's Intellectual Property portfolio by filing patent disclosures or authoring and presenting industry technical papers and journals.
• Provides guidance on training cross-functional groups within the organization.

Additional Role Responsibilities:

（1）    Technical support service of OCTG use in the oilfield onsite, sometimes for provision technical support for OCTG maintenance and storage. 
（2）    Familiar with the use of OCTG performance, and the use of methods, especially the use of process considerations, 
（3）    OCTG technical guidance for into the well process to ensure that the OCTG into the well process is not damaged; 
（4）    Technical data management, set up work record, collect, classify, sort and file the related data of construction well. 
（5）    Followed workshop maintenance, supervise and inspect workshop processing products and services, to ensure the quality of products delivered. 
（6）    Interface with COMPANY on production requirements, reasonably plan and arrange OCTG and workshop service. 
（7）    Responsible for subcontractor management, monitoring process for product and workshop service, and acceptance of products and workshop services. 

Qualifications

Skills are acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering and 10 years of related experience or in an operations environment within the oil & gas industry.
