Job Duties

• Under general supervision, accountable for managing and maintaining master data integrity and supporting operational projects and processes for a development to invoice domain in include commercialization, business partner management, and/or service/product delivery activities.
• Performs tactical activities and for provides recommendations, feedback and support on changes to business systems, policies, processes and procedures and training programs for assigned domain/s.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an undergraduate degree in Business preferred and 2+ years of experience in business which include quote to cash functions, process improvements, customer service and/or business system development or testing.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools, Attention to detail, Ability to perform on a high-performance team, Ability to multi-task, Strong written/verbal skills for presentation development and delivery, Customer service focused, Proactive and self-motivated, Goal and task oriented, Team player.
