Job Duties

  • Good understanding on basic accounting concepts
  • Payroll accounting or General Accounting experience, able to handle Month end activities like JV postings, Manual accrual /reclass/ recharges, cost distribution and allocation reporting
  • Understanding with Accrual, payment offsets, releases
  • Cost trend analysis and analytical thinking to solve the problems and accounting treatment
  • Hands-on experience with PIT and Inpat tax calculations/filings
  • BS reconciliation preparation and exposure reporting
  • Payroll related Statutory payments and reconciliations
  • HC and personnel cost variance analysis
  • Internal & External audit support and documentation
  • Process transition experience
  • A high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of related experience required. A Bachelors Degree is preferred.
