The Halliburton MENA Early Career Engineering Program is an 18-month structured development program designed to prepare high-potential engineering graduates for technical and operational roles across Halliburton's Product Service Lines (PSLs) throughout the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).

Participants will gain hands-on experience through structured technical training, field exposure, mentorship, and cross-functional learning while working alongside experienced professionals on real business projects. The program is designed to accelerate professional growth and develop the next generation of Halliburton engineers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline
  • Graduation within the last two years or expected graduation before program commencement
  • Strong academic performance
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to travel and relocate within the MENA region as required
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and operational excellence
