About the Role
We are seeking motivated HR professionals interested in future career opportunities within Human Resources. Under general supervision, you will support the effective operation, delivery, and continuous improvement of one or more HR processes and programs. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business, contribute to HR initiatives, analyze data, and help drive people-focused solutions that support organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
•    HR Program & Process Support
o    Support the effective operation and continuous improvement of HR processes, programs, and policies.
o    Contribute to the execution of HR initiatives and projects that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
o    Develop subject matter expertise within one or more HR functional areas.

•    Data Analysis & Reporting
o    Assist with HR reporting, metrics, and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
o    Prepare insights and recommendations that support informed business and HR decision-making.
o    Maintain data accuracy and integrity across HR systems and reports.

•    Stakeholder Collaboration

o    Partner with HR colleagues, managers, and business stakeholders to create tools, resources, and process improvements.
o    Support project planning, coordination, and implementation activities.
o    Promote best practices and consistency across HR processes.

•    HR Service Delivery
o    Apply analytical thinking, sound judgment, and business acumen to support efficient HR service delivery.
o    Help ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment practices.
o    Provide guidance and support to employees and leaders on HR-related matters as appropriate.

•    Advisory Support
o    Contribute HR insights and recommendations to support managers and business leaders.
o    Stay informed of HR trends, practices, and industry developments.

 

Qualifications
•    Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.
•    Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
•    Demonstrated interest in Human Resources and people-related initiatives.
•    Exposure to HR disciplines such as Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations.

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
