Resource Planner

Job Duties

• Prepare customer call sheets to coordinate PSL services and equipment for job sites under the direction of the Service Coordinator.
• Communicate with customers, service supervisors, service specialists, and service coordinators to ensure gate-to-gate accuracy.
• Verbally dispatch personnel and equipment based on customer and operational requirements.
• Electronically dispatch jobs and post actual service data using the SAP Scheduling Board.
• Document customer service requests and job requirements accurately.
• Assist in coordinating the load-out of appropriate equipment, materials, and personnel as directed by the Service Coordinator.
• Maintain and update scheduling and operational records within SAP.
• Utilize basic computer applications, including spreadsheets, word processing documents, and system searches.
• Support efficient delivery of location services and equipment.
• Promote safety awareness and environmental responsibility in all work activities.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
• Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and processes.
• Apply knowledge of location services, equipment, and scheduling systems to support operations.

Qualifications

Leverage experience and problem-solving skills gained through a high school education (or equivalent) and relevant industry experience.
