Job Duties

Receives telephone calls and reports calls for service jobs to crews or other personnel utilizing telephone and occasionally radio communications equipment
Ability to work long hours while seated at a desk with multiple computer monitors
Ability to work and communicate with others

Qualifications

This is an entry-level position
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, and smartphone use and application
