Job Duties
Under general supervision:
- Responsible for HAL contractual operations at the well site.
- Understands objectives of the well services operation and takes actions required to accomplish the objective.
- Responsible for reporting and protects the health and safety of employees, contractors, and the general public from harm resulting from operations.
- Protects the environment from damage resulting from operations.
- Coordinates work of product services lines and 3rd party subcontractors to meet engineered well design.
- Supervises day-to-day field operations at the well site.
- Matrix manager for HSE and logistics personnel on location.
- Maintains a high profile and leadership in HSE by active participation in HSE audits, inspections and reviews in accordance with the HSE Plan.
- Participates in and facilitate incident and near miss investigations, Validation of closed corrective actions and audit open items.
- Responsible for move-in and rig up, rig down and move-out of equipment.
- Directs well operations processes.
- Manages field operations to accomplish specified well services objectives within agreed-on time and cost objectives.
- Prepares a documented 7 day look ahead for equipment, materials, and personnel for the well operations every day.
Additional Role Responsibilities:
(1).In charge of management all the service order related wells;
(2).Contact with discipline engineer of Company regarding to the technical issue of Service order;
(3).Establish a working relationship and lines of communication with the supervisor to implement overall construction configuration management;
(4).Responsible for quantity take-off, control, tracking, reporting and forecasting;
(5).Specify the criteria for construction of facilities as required;
(6).Review material receiving reports and warehousing to assure delivery of correct materials;
(7).Coordinate and monitor the interfaces for data exchange to support the construction plan and the project controls program requirements at the jobsite;
(8).Develop and manage the construction quality program;
(9).Review Sub-Contractor’s proposal for service order;
(10).Coordinate with Subcontractors to plan/support construction schedules;
(11).Plan and recommend procedures to be implemented by Subcontractor to ensure construction operations are within requirements of engineering design and specifications;
(12).Coordinate subcontract activities to ensure materials, equipment and quality comply with design plans and specifications;
(13).Preparation of all required related to QA/QC documentation;
(14).Management and coordinate of local employee.
Qualifications
- Position requires current IADC or IWCF supervisory well control certification.
- Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of five years of rig site experience with at least three years of operational management experience.
- Undergraduate degree is preferred.
Preferred Experience:
• Minimum of 10-years relevant experience in their discipline or in an operations environment within the oil & gas industry.
