Job Duties

  • Under general supervision, supports the effective operation and improvement of one or more HR processes.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders, creates tools and resources, and executes programs and projects.
  • Develops subject matter expertise in one or more of the following disciplines: Compensation, Benefits, International HR/Global Mobility, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Information Systems, or HR Operations.
  • Supports the efficient delivery of processes, programs and policies through the application of specialized knowledge and skills, analysis, and business acumen.
  • Responsible for HR data reporting used to determine meaningful recommendations and actions to improve overall HR service delivery.
  • May advise HR and business leaders across the organization on best practices.
  • Design, implement, and manage employee development programs aligned with business needs.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and learning pathways (technical, leadership, compliance, etc.).
  • Support employee engagement programs, pulse survey actions, and team‑effectiveness initiatives.
  • Facilitate team workshops, focus groups, and development sessions as needed.
  • Manage LMS (Learning Management System) tasks such as enrollment, tracking, reporting, and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain accurate training records, dashboards, and development metrics.

Qualifications

  • Requires an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Master's degree and Professional HR Certification preferred.
  • HRD experience preferred. 

 

Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.  Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available, including HR Specialist II, Senior HR Specialist, or HR Advisor.
