Job Duties

Under broad direction, provides product application recommendations, develops product performance optimization solutions, and completes post- well evaluation of product performance. Provides technical and operational expertise to both external and internal customers to deliver effective technical solutions. Assists with developing and managing required product designs for an assigned area. Tracks product development projects and monitors the area&aposs product design requirements. Generates technical papers and performance profiles to capture lessons learned and share best practices. Mentors and trains less experienced team members. Requires an undergraduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math, or Business related discipline and a minimum of 3 years&apos relevant industry experience.
